Ron joined the accounting practice in 1999 and concentrates in the provision of services to owner managed businesses. This involves many facets including, deciding to incorporate, introduction of family members to the business, assistance with financing, succession planning and wills and estate planning.
Over the last ten years, Ron’s practice has grown in the areas of real estate, film production and not-for-profit organizations. He provides a wide range of services with a strong emphasis on taxation, auditing and consulting and takes special pride on his long term relationships with his clients.
Ron received his undergraduate degree from McGill University in 1979 and his CA designation in 1981. He is currently a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

SELWYN GLUCKMAN, CA Partner |
Selwyn has been a partner in the firm since 1982. He started his career in public practice in Johannesburg South Africa in 1973. He was a partner in a medium sized CA firm of 7 partners until 1977 when he emigrated with his wife and two young sons to Canada.
In 1977 and 1978 Selwyn worked at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario as the Assistant Director of Ethics.
With over 40 years experience in public accounting, Selwyn has developed an accounting practice which provides accounting, taxation, estate planning and consulting to a wide range of clients including corporate and owner managed businesses.
Over the years Selwyn has built a client base which includes a notable proportion of professionals and he prides himself on being able to provide his expertise in consulting and advisory services to this particular group comprising individuals and their professional corporations.
Selwyn is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Harold Mandelbaum is one of the founders of the accounting practice. He received his CA designation in 1963 and currently focuses his professional activities in dealing with the special needs of entrepreneurs with an emphasis on estate planning, computer software and real estate enterprises.

Steven E. Silverberg, CA, CFE

Steven joined the practice in 2009. Over his 29 years of experience, Steven has serviced clients ranging from public companies to small owner managed businesses. Over the past 18 years Steven has concentrated on servicing owner managed businesses as well as not-for-profit organizations. Throughout this experience, Steven has gained a great deal of experience and insight into the many complex issues surrounding accounting and auditing issues, as well as finance and taxation issues.
In addition to his responsibilities for his public accounting clients, Steven is vice president of Spergel & Associates Inc. which provides forensic and investigative accounting services to various segments in the business and legal world. Steven has been involved in forensic investigations since 1993 dealing with such matters as business disputes, matrimonial disputes, insurance claims and other matters involving an independent forensic review.

Steven in a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, as well as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Steven is also president of the Toronto Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and has over the years sat on various boards of directors of not-for-profit organizations.
