Consumer Proposals Saskatoon

A consumer proposal will consolidate your debts into one affordable monthly payment, allow you to keep assets like the equity in your home, stop collection calls, freeze interest and penalties and end wage garnishments.

At Spergel we pride ourselves on going the extra mile. We help you make the best offer you can to your creditors. We have a 99% acceptance rate for the consumer proposals we file. You will always have the same familiar, local person helping you through to the end of your proposal.

You owe it to yourself to find a Licensed Insolvency Trustee who will stick with you through the entire process, from start to finish.

Personal Bankruptcy Help in Saskatoon

Here in our Saskatoon office, our team has been helping clients through the personal bankruptcy process for 30 years. We will work with you to determine if filing for bankruptcy is right for you.

Filing bankruptcy doesn't have to be difficult. We make personal bankruptcy easier; you are not passed from one department to the next, you will be guided by the same person through your debt relief journey.

We believe that you should make an informed decision about your debt relief plan and our caring team will answer any questions that will help you decide what that plan should be.

Saskatoon Tax Debt Help

Ignoring your debt can lead to big problems and it can easily become too late to negotiate directly with CRA. We want to help you live a life where your tax debt (and the threat of CRA action) do not have control over your finances.

If you already suspect that you need tax solution services – Spergel can help. We can put a permanent stop to the interest and penalties and reduce the total amount owing.

Let us help you develop a plan that will free you from your tax debt without any unwanted consequences like a wage garnishment or a lien on your property.

Saskatoon Wage Garnishment Help

We understand that a wage garnishment is the last thing you need right now. Decreasing your income isn't going to help you resolve your debt problems.

At Spergel we can stop your wage garnishment with a legal stay of proceedings. Only a proposal or a bankruptcy can stop a garnishment, interest, and penalties that you are being charged. Call a Licensed Insolvency Trustee to get debt help today, stop your wage garnishment and restore your income to 100%.

Meet your Saskatoon LIT

In Spanish, a debt is known as a “deuda”. Chris has been an LIT for over 20 years and he’s well-versed in bankruptcy – but in his spare time he’s just beginning to learn Spanish. Studying a new language has taught Chris that learning about bankruptcy can be like learning a new language. Chris takes all the time you need to understand your options so that you can make an informed decision. When he’s not at the office educating people about bankruptcies and consumer proposals, Chris plays pick-up hockey with his friends and spends time with his family.

Ashvin is passionate about helping people both in and out of his office. As an LIT he oversees Spergel’s Brampton and Saskatchewan offices. He prides himself on creating an environment where his clients are comfortable and confident about making decisions concerning their debt. In addition to helping people discover debt solutions at the office, outside of work Ashvin serves as a Volunteer Coordinator for “Free-Them”, a Canadian organization committed to raising awareness about human trafficking. When he’ is not helping others at work or in his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
