Financial Wellness Advocates at Spergel assist clients, from individuals to large corporations, with a myriad of financial endeavours. These include establishing sustainable budgets, restructuring business practices, building credit and eliminating debt through legal consumer proposals. 

During the present and difficult economic times facing folks across Canada, Spergel is dedicated to bringing on compassionate and driven team members to help people ‘get rid of debt’!

About the role

Position: Financial Wellness Advocate

Location: Remote (Canada)

Responsibilities of the Financial Wellness Advocate:

  • Financially empower clients, educating them and offering bespoke counselling based on their individual circumstances
  • Collaborate with clients to create financial plans tailored to their goals
  • Help individuals to navigate debt relief programs while offering unwavering support throughout their journey – you can be a debt relief cheerleader! 
  • Unveil the secrets of credit rebuilding, educating clients on the art of improving and rebuilding their credit scores
  • Host workshops and outings to encourage sustainable financial success!
  • Advocate financial wellness, representing Spergel and spreading the magic of our mission to help Canadians on their journey to debt relief

Qualifications:

  • A passion for helping others achieve financial wellbeing
  • An understanding of financial planning, debt management, and credit rebuilding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and patience for clients facing financial challenges. A compassionate, caring nature
  • Experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • Certification in financial counselling is merely a bonus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A desire to be part of Spergel Inc., the crack team of people who simply ‘get rid of debt’
